Lee started his career in 1996 as a 16 yr old apprentice with Newey and Eyre, Wigan. Working his way through the ranks via a range of national electrical wholesalers, in roles including trade counter, telesales, sales representative, then since 2006 as manager, his knowledge of the business is second to none.  Now in partnership with James Walsh and Adam Knight, the directors behind Pinnacle Electrical based in Birkenhead, he is finally using all of his expertise to own and manage his business with the freedom to make his own decisions for the benefit of his staff and customers instead of shareholders.

Graduate Chris was part of Pinnacle Bolton from the get go. His loyalty and determination to succeed have been intrinsic to the successful start up of the business. Starting in wholesaling around 2015, Chris has become a huge asset due in main to his product knowledge, his level of customer service and ability to form enduring customer relationships. He offers cover across the whole of the business as his understanding of the workings of a busy wholesaler means he can provide support to any customer or staff member.

Keith has 15+ years’ experience in electrical wholesaling, all in the Bolton area where he has been responsible for significant customer development over the years. His loyal customers appreciate his vast knowledge, his approach to his job and his reliability – he always makes sure he continues to maintain high standards to make us an efficient and effective wholesaler.

Scott has been around the Bolton area in electrical wholesaling for the last 15 years. His accuracy, attention to detail and organised approach make him the perfect staff member to manage customers’ expectations for social housing projects or any jobs requiring thorough organisation of call off materials. He has formed close relationships with our biggest domestic clients and is seen as a vital support link in their work.

One of our delivery team, Neil works day in day out to ensure your orders are dropped to time at the right location and with a friendly approach. Similar to Chris, Neil has been with Pinnacle from the get go, his loyalty is unquestionable. He has worked with Lee around various wholesalers in Preston over a period of 12 years, often head hunted by Lee due to his hard work, reliability and being able to go the extra mile – literally.

The latest addition to Pinnacle Bolton, George arrived from Evesham in Gloucestershire just before Christmas 2019. His work as a driver and in our warehouse is vital to our continued growth. Formerly an electrician, his product knowledge is seen as something to build on as the business grows and he progresses through the ranks. He can reliably be found on the trade counter and at the end of the phone during busy periods offering help where needed.
